The walk was a circular, remarkably level, track which took us across high cattle pastures, and past a finca. There were two mastiff guard dogs held in a fence paddock, which barked loudly at us
The finca was a strange as they had two quite expensive iron statues of Guardia Civile in their grounds. We stopped near the finca for tapas, The last kilometre or so was on an unused track, knee high with grass - nobody had come that way for years
