A camping holiday in France with the children. We bought a "package" in that the tents were there and set up and had cooking equipment, beds, etc. The first site was in the Loire, and the second on the Mediterranean.

The camp site offered a boat rental, which I took. Though we did run into a problem when the Mistral suddenly struck when we were off-shore, and I had to get the sails down the motor running, and into a port for shelter in double quick time
