The "museum" is disappointing. It consists of 3 traditional Somiedo houses in their original setting ,
However this council run project has no funds to maintain the houses, and the thatched roofs have plastic sheets over them in places to keep out the weather
There is a solitary council employee to show you round, but she was unable to work out how best to deal with around 20 tourists, and with Covid regulations , only permitting 4 in a house
The fact that it was a wet drizzle ands we were waiting outside in the rain, did not help.
